Life is so busy, complicated and stressful…but it doesn’t have to be or feel that way. We’ve become detached from ourselves by all the outside elements that listening in to our intuition, our sound inner self, is a skill many struggle to connect with.

There are so many ways to stop and listen, slow down and pause. Yoga is such a great way to bring all of these pieces together and it will slowly creep into every part of your life, in a good way, I promise!
ABHYĀSA - Diligent,Focused Practice
Be soft in your practice. Think of the methods a fine silvery stream, not a raging waterfall. Follow the stream, have faith in its course. It will go on its own way, meandering here, trickling there. It will find the grooves, the cracks, the crevices. Just follow it. Never let it out of your sight. It will take you.
